At this stage, any microbial residues, trace contamination or cross-contamination will affect the quality of the finished product. The medium after filtration is finished beer that can be directly consumed, with zero tolerance for microorganisms, cleaning agent residues and peculiar smells.
- Adaptation to Special Equipment Structure
Post-filtration equipment (filling machine valve groups, sterilization equipment mesh belts, precision filter membrane modules, sterile pipeline elbows/seals) has a sophisticated structure, many dead corners and is prone to dirt accumulation. It requires special cleaning formulas and pressure/flow parameters. An independent system can be accurately adapted to avoid insufficient cleaning or excessive damage to precision components.
- Eliminate the Risk of Cross-Contamination
The pre-filtration CIP medium contains impurities such as wort, yeast and protein. If shared with the post-filtration system, it is easy to introduce miscellaneous bacteria through pipeline residues and mixed cleaning agents, leading to batch contamination of finished products.
