Description
As a high-efficiency flash pasteurization equipment (also known as HTST pasteurizer, High-Temperature Short-Time pasteurizer) specially designed for beer and other carbonated beverages, it is available in semi-automatic or automatic configurations to adapt to different production scales of breweries. It adopts advanced flash pasteurization technology, which rapidly heats beer to the optimal pasteurization temperature (typically 72-75℃) and maintains it for 15-30 seconds, then cools it down quickly to near filling temperature, effectively eliminating microbiological spoilage (such as wild yeast and spoilage bacteria) without damaging the original flavor and nutritional components of beer. The equipment maintains precise pasteurization temperature stability even under variable flow conditions, ensuring consistent quality and extended shelf life of beer and other carbonated beverages. Specifically tailored for aseptic filling systems, this pasteurization method provides optimal and efficient thermal treatment, ensuring that the pasteurized beer meets the strict hygiene standards of breweries and avoids secondary contamination during the filling process.
Different from tunnel pasteurizers that treat post-packaged products, this flash pasteurizer is mainly used for pre-filling unpasteurized beer, relying on high-efficiency plate heat exchangers for rapid heat transfer, which is faster, more energy-saving and has less impact on beer flavor. Can be flexibly integrated into the automatic beer production line to realize a continuous and stable pasteurization operation.
