Product Overview

The two-tank CIP system for brewery brewhouses is a standard configuration for microbreweries and brewpubs. Without disassembling equipment, pipelines or manual wiping, the system realizes automatic, repeatable and verifiable hygienic cleaning and disinfection of the inner surface of mashing equipment through closed-loop circulation of cleaning fluid, ensuring wort safety and flavor stability.
System Configuration
Caustic Tank: Stores NaOH caustic cleaning fluid, used to remove organic matter, proteins, hop resins and caramel residues.
Acid Tank: Stores phosphoric acid (or food-grade organic acid), used to remove calcium salts, scale and mineral deposits.
Optional Combination: It can be changed to a hot water tank + caustic tank or a hot water tank + acid tank according to the process, suitable for simple cleaning or budget-constrained scenarios.
Supporting Components: CIP pump, plate heat exchanger, filter, sensor, pneumatic valve/butterfly valve, PLC control cabinet.

Cleaning Process Flow
Pre-rinsing → Caustic Cleaning → Intermediate Rinsing → Acid Cleaning → Final Rinsing → Cleaning Effect Detection

Ventajas
Simplified Configuration, Low Investment and Operation & Maintenance Costs
The two-tank structure occupies a small area, with low investment cost and simple maintenance, suitable for small and medium-sized craft breweries.
Fully Automatic Operation, Standardized Cleaning
PLC controls temperature, concentration, time, flow rate, etc.; the process can be solidified, traceable and repeatable, avoiding manual errors.
Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction, Lower Production Costs
Saves cleaning agents and water resources.
Reduce Labor Intensity, Improve Safety
No manual tank entry, pipe disassembly or tank brushing is required; avoids the risk of contact with high temperature, strong caustic and strong acid.
