Our Story：
The cooperation began when the S’ARD Brewery team discovered Tiantai’s website while searching online for a professional beer brewing equipment manufacturer. After learning about our brewing systems and manufacturing capabilities, the customer left a message on our website to inquire about brewing equipment suitable for their brewery.
Upon receiving the inquiry, our sales team promptly contacted S’ARD Brewery by email to learn more about its production requirements, brewing plans, and equipment expectations. Through further communication, we gained a clearer understanding of the customer’s needs and prepared an initial quotation.
Following several rounds of discussions and adjustments, we revised the equipment configuration to better meet the customer’s requirements. To help the customer visualize the proposed brewery layout and understand how the equipment would be arranged, our technical team also prepared a 3D layout drawing for review.
This detailed communication and design process helped both parties evaluate the proposed solution, clarify the project requirements, and ultimately reach an agreement. Once the equipment configuration and layout were confirmed, the project moved to the next stage.
Based on S’ARD Brewery’s brewing requirements, Tiantai supplied a complete 500L brewing equipment system designed to support its craft beer production. After the project was officially confirmed, Tiantai transferred the finalized technical drawings and equipment specifications to our engineering and production teams. Manufacturing then proceeded according to the approved project requirements.
Once the equipment was completed, our after-sales team carried out pre-shipment inspections and prepared for commissioning. We also arranged a video inspection with the customer, allowing the S’ARD Brewery team to remotely inspect the completed equipment before shipment.
At Tiantai, we understand that investing in a brewing system is a significant commitment. Therefore, we strive to maintain close communication with our customers throughout the entire project, from the initial inquiry and technical design to manufacturing, quality inspection, and on-site installation support.
To ensure a smooth installation process, Tiantai arranged for our after-sales team to arrive at the customer’s site before the equipment was delivered. Once the equipment arrived, our after-sales personnel worked closely with the person in charge of S’ARD Brewery to complete the installation. Through on-site collaboration and technical communication, both teams worked together to install the brewing system and prepare it for operation.
Our service does not end when the equipment leaves the factory. By providing pre-shipment video inspections and on-site installation support, Tiantai aims to ensure a smooth transition from equipment delivery to brewery setup.
