Product Overview
The disc stack centrifuge effectively removes yeast and other solid particles while preserving the beer’s original flavor and aroma. It mainly consists of an inlet/outlet device, drum, vertical shaft, horizontal shaft, machine body, speed measuring device, braking device, and electric motor. It adopts a volute pump structure for discharge, which delivers the separated liquid directly to downstream equipment.
Equipment Features
- Automatic slag discharge type, including partial and full slag discharge.
- It adopts a labyrinth seal to ensure minimal oxygenation during centrifugation. The self-designed volute pump system provides stable discharge pressure, a wide adjustment range, and convenient discharge operation.
- The power transmission adopts variable frequency starting, ensuring stable operation without noise pollution.
- This series of centrifuges is equipped with a safety protection device and a fully automatic control cabinet. All centrifuge parameters (separation parameters, slag discharge time, etc.) can be directly adjusted on the display screen to achieve optimal separation and slag discharge effects.
- The equipment is equipped with a fully automatic vibration detector that continuously monitors the centrifuge’s vibration intensity. It is equipped with automatic alarm and shutdown functions when vibration exceeds the standard value.
- The equipment is installed with a speed detector to continuously monitor the separator’s actual rotational speed, preventing the impact of operational speed variations on separation efficiency due to specific circumstances. It also allows for intuitive adjustment of separation effects based on product requirements.
- The equipment is configured with a small cyclone slag discharge device, effectively reducing noise generated during slag discharge.
- The upper and lower machine covers feature cooling jackets, which effectively control beer temperature rise (varying with the coolant) to maintain beer quality, while also reducing noise and improving the on-site operating environment.
- Emergency stop switches are provided at easily accessible locations. In an emergency, pressing the switch immediately halts operation, ensuring the safety of personnel and the equipment. After fault resolution and power restoration, the equipment enters operational status only after manual restart.
- The base is an integral frame with a fully enclosed design, made of 304 stainless steel. All pipelines, equipment, and control systems are centralized. The equipment can be flexibly installed according to on-site conditions, preventing material drips from contaminating the floor and featuring an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
- The equipment is designed with an interface for a COā gas sealing device to prevent dissolved oxygen from changing the beer properties during separation.
- The dissolved oxygen increase after beer separation is controlled within 5 ppb to 10 ppb.
