Product Overview
Beer PE barrel filling line is custom-built for aseptic filling, capping and end-of-line packaging of beer in food-grade PE barrels. It integrates full processes, including barrel rinsing, isobaric filling, barrel capping (screw capping/plug capping), conveying and bundling into one integrated line. It is suitable for mass production of craft beer, commercial bulk beer and draft beer, widely applied in breweries, beverage factories and bulk beer distribution centers. Adopting food-grade aseptic filling technology and beer-specific isobaric filling process, the whole line operates in a fully closed state with low oxygen pickup and minimal flavor loss, effectively maintaining the original taste and freshness of beer.

Equipped with barrel-specific clamping and positioning mechanism, ensuring stable conveying and filling of PE barrels, avoiding barrel tilting and liquid leakage during the filling process.
The filling head is designed with anti-dripping structure, matching PE barrel mouth specifications, reducing beer waste and ensuring filling cleanliness.
Integrated barrel rinsing and sterilization process, with rotary nozzles for dead-angle-free cleaning, effectively removing impurities and microorganisms inside the barrel.
