Production Line Details:

TianTai Equipment’s wine processing production line consists of a vibrating screen, elevator, grape destemming machine, mesh belt grain sorter, crusher, peristaltic pump, fermentation tanks, storage tanks, filtration and sterilization equipment, and bottling equipment. This production line features an advanced design concept and a high degree of automation; thus realizing the entire wine processing process, including grape bunch selection, destemming, grain selection, crushing/pressing, pulp/juice conveying to fermentation tanks for fermentation, aging, clarification and filtration, bottling, storage, and transportation.

The main equipment of this production line is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel; daily processing capacity is 10-1500 tons (or customized according to customer requirements). From the selection of manufacturing processes to the design and customization of cost-effective equipment, everything is tailored to the customer. The entire production line adheres to food hygiene standards and conforms to scientific fruit wine and beverage industrial production processes; efficiency and product stability are improved through automated control.
