Sanitary is very important for brewery. In Before experience , it is cleaning by brush, then flush away dirt. But this way need lot of labor, time-consuming and difficult arrive to sanitary requirement.
With development, brewery adopt CIP(Cleaning in place) to clean, it does not need to take apart pipeline and equipments,CIP and brewery equipment and pipeline are connected to form sealed system, then recycle cleaning, it bring flight for brewery cleaning.
CIP system should have following specification:
1.CIP tank capacity should be enough for CIP pump run at least 10minutes.
2.The CIP return pump should be larger 20%-30% than CIP pump on flow.
3.The CIP tank should have Cleaning device and drain out device itself.
4.The CIP tank should have overflow port and breath port, and connect breath port to outside.
5.Please note vacuum on CIP return pump to avoid damage on tanks.
