This integrated can filling and seamer adopts German proven filling and sealing technology, independently optimized and developed after technology digestion and absorption. It is specially engineered for filling and sealing of beer and other carbonated beverages. Suitable for aluminum cans and tin cans, the machine features stable running performance, mature process design, compact elegant structure and complete functional configuration, widely applied in brewery and carbonated drink production lines.
Main Features
Filling Unit
- Adopts isobaric filling technology introduced from Germany, achieving excellent can rinsing and liquid filling effect. The isobaric filling valve adopts mechanical valve structure with three-opening and two-closing action design. It precisely controls oxygen pickup during beer filling, realizing sensitive fast filling with high filling level accuracy.
- Filling valve outlet is matched with guiding positioning structure, ensuring precise fit between can mouth and filling valve, effectively eliminating liquid leakage at the can rim.
- Equipped with automatic height adjustment to adapt to different can specifications. Rotary dial positioning plate supports single-station independent adjustment; modifying one station will not interfere with others, facilitating fast product changeover.
- Adopts high-efficiency gear transmission with low noise, long service life and full lubrication design for easy maintenance. Main motor adopts stepless frequency speed regulation for flexible speed matching with production capacity.
- Simplified can guiding structure enables quick format change for different can types. The machine adopts full can bottom supporting structure to ensure stable conveying and filling.
- PLC automatic control system with intuitive operation and real-time fault code display. Built-in safety interlocks: no can – no valve opening, no can – no lid feeding, lid shortage automatic stop to reduce material loss and ensure stable production.
- Material liquid level automatic control equipped with high-precision liquid level sensors, guaranteeing stable and consistent filling level.
- Full CIP compatible sanitary design. When connected with a CIP System, it realizes full-circuit cleaning for liquid cylinders and pipelines. Each filling valve is fitted with an independent cleaning cup for thorough and convenient in-place sanitation.
Sealing Unit
- The seamer performs lid crimping and sealing for pre-filled cans delivered by conveyor. Seaming rollers are made of high-hardness alloy steel with integral quenching treatment; seaming curve adopts precision optical grinding process to guarantee perfect sealing quality and long-term stable operation.
- Intelligent logic control with can-with-lid detection and no-can-no-lid interlock, reducing lid waste and ensuring continuous line operation.
- Aluminum lids are manually placed into the chute, fed by gravity and pusher mechanism. Detection switch installed inside the chute triggers automatic stop in case of lid shortage.
- The seaming unit supports automatic height lifting to match different can heights and sealing process requirements.
