The nitrogen generator adopts pressure swing adsorption (PSA) air separation technology. Utilizing the pressure difference in the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve (CMS) for oxygen and nitrogen in the air, it takes clean and dry compressed air as raw material to directly separate and produce high-purity nitrogen at room temperature. The equipment operates fully automatically, with two adsorption towers alternately completing adsorption and regeneration. It features stable gas production purity, simple process and convenient operation & maintenance, serving as supporting equipment for aseptic and fresh-keeping production in breweries.

  • Efficient Imported Fuel Oxygen Cell: Equipped with imported brand-new fuel oxygen cell from Britain.
  • Efficient Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS): Equipped with imported brand-new CMS from Takeda & Iwatani (Japan) and BF (Germany).
  • Advanced Control System: Adopting Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC) and fully automatic microcomputer control.
  • Excellent Energy-Saving Performance: Adopting quick pressure equalization, unique nitrogen supplement and dynamic circulation process.
  • Process Status Display: True-color human-machine interface (HMI) displays the system’s operation process, parameters and other information in real time.
  • Nitrogen Quality Assurance: Unqualified nitrogen will be automatically alarmed, emptied and recycled through automatic circulation process.
  • Turbo Air Distribution: Unique turbo air distribution design ensures no adsorption dead ends of carbon molecular sieve (CMS).
