The Beer Pasteurizer Tunnel Machine is specially designed for bottled/canned beer after filling. Through processes of sterilization, heat preservation and cooling, it effectively extends the shelf life of products. It is a secondary sterilization equipment specifically used for automatic production lines. According to users’ different process requirements for heating, sterilization, heat preservation and cooling of various products, we design customized processes to meet the technological needs. Meanwhile, a corresponding high-precision automatic control system is configured according to user requirements.

- Comprehensive utilization of various energy sources and heat recovery technologies, achieving energy saving and environmental protection.
- Equipped with Pt100 temperature sensors with high measurement accuracy, up to ±5℃.
- Multi-process combination with reasonable process design, capable of handling various types of products.
- Pasteurization temperature is controlled by German Siemens PLC.
- Frequency conversion control is adopted, which can be adjusted according to the production process.
- Suitable for products such as PP bottles, plastic bags, cartons, glass bottles and cans; it is seamlessly connected with the automatic conveyor line, ensuring smooth operation of the entire production line.
