Our Story:
Ye Brewing a newly established craft brewery in Hebei, China, was committed to building a large-scale, modern brewery capable of producing high-quality craft beers, including its flagship brand “Wild Goose Tipsy” and a range of innovative seasonal beers. To develop a brewing system that met their scale and quality requirements, they partnered with Tiantai Equipment, a leading turnkey brewing solutions provider.
Customized Turnkey Brewing System
After evaluating several brewing equipment suppliers, Ye Brewing ultimately selected Tiantai Equipment. Tiantai Equipment is capable of handling complex, large-scale projects, providing comprehensive services from engineering design to after-sales support, and has extensive experience delivering complete turnkey solutions.
Following the establishment of the partnership, our project manager began working closely with Ye Brewing management and brewing experts. In-depth discussions were held to understand the brewery’s specific needs, including production scale, efficiency, flexibility, and the level of automation required to support both regular and seasonal beers. Our technical staff communicated the design drawings with Ye Brewing representatives, revising them multiple times before finalizing the design and sending it to the factory for production. After the equipment was manufactured, Tiantai Equipment conducted comprehensive factory acceptance testing to ensure that every component met the high standards required for production.
While the beer equipment was en route to Hebei, our after-sales personnel arrived at the customer’s site ahead of time to supervise the installation and commissioning process. Working closely with the Ye Brewing on-site staff, the equipment installation was successfully completed.
As part of the turnkey solution, Tiantai Equipment also provided Ye Brewing with in-depth training on equipment operation, maintenance, automation, and quality control. This training enabled the Ye Brewing team to master the knowledge needed to operate the brewing system efficiently, thereby ensuring the long-term reliability and optimal performance of the system.
Grand Opening and Co-brewing Event at Ye Brewing
Following the successful commissioning of the new brewing system, Ye Brewing held a grand opening ceremony to celebrate the completion of its state-of-the-art brewery. The event brought together local partners, brewers, and craft beer enthusiasts to showcase Ye Brewing’s potential and the success of its new brewery.
Tiantai Equipment was honored to be invited to participate in the celebration and joined a special co-brewing event the following day. Peter, the chief brewer from Pohyara Brewery, Estonia’s largest craft brewery, has partnered with Ye Brewing to create a unique collaborative beer that blends Nordic and Chinese brewing traditions. This collaboration showcases Ye Brewing commitment to expanding into international markets and exploring innovative beer styles.
Ye Brewing new brewery, equipped with a 5,000-liter brewing system provided by Tiantai Equipment, has successfully achieved its operational and production goals. Ye Brewing ability to produce high-quality craft beer on a large scale not only serves Hebei Province but also lays the foundation for expanding into a broader market.
