Tiantai is honored to have a valuable partnership with Stubborn Mule Brewery. Stubborn Mule Brewery is a family-owned, community-driven brewpub located in the scenic Landrum-Campobello region of South Carolina. With a deep love for their hometown and a desire to provide a unique experience to the community, the founders of Stubborn Mule Brewery are committed to creating a space for food, family and friends to gather, surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the iconic view of Hogback Mountain.

When the team at Stubborn Mule Brewery decided to turn their vision of building a restaurant-style brewery into a reality, they knew that choosing the right equipment supplier was critical to long-term success. After a comprehensive evaluation of multiple brewery equipment manufacturers around the world, they ultimately chose Tiantai Brewery. From the initial consultation, the Tiantai team worked closely with the founders of Stubborn Mule to understand their brewing goals, floor space and production needs. After multiple rounds of communication, layout optimization and custom planning, we finalized the system design and detailed production technical drawings. From brewery configuration to restaurant layout, every aspect was tailored to ensure seamless integration with restaurant operations and future scalability.

After the equipment was manufactured, it was rigorously tested in-house to ensure quality, performance and safety. After that, the equipment was carefully packaged and shipped to the United States, and the Tiantai engineering team quickly followed up. After arriving in Landrum, our installation engineers worked with the Stubborn Mule team to complete the system installation. This joint effort and hands-on attitude not only ensured an efficient installation process, but also established a solid trust and partnership for both parties.

With the equipment in place, Stubborn Mule Brewery officially launched its brewing operations, producing fresh and high-quality craft beer that complements the restaurant’s diverse menu from casual lunches to fine dinners. The pleasant atmosphere, intimate taste and enthusiastic service quickly made it a gathering place for locals and tourists.

We also visit the Stubborn Mule Brewery’s operations from time to time, and their feedback is also very positive. Tiantai is honored to be a part of Stubborn Mule Brewery’s journey and looks forward to supporting them as they continue to grow and serve the community they love.
