Our Story:
With the rapid growth of the craft beer market in Africa, consumer demands for higher quality, more diverse flavors, and stable production volumes have significantly increased. To meet this growing demand, Ivoire Beverage, a brewery with significant development potential located in West Africa, plans to build a state-of-the-art brewery equipment with an annual capacity of 50,000 KL. This brewery will play a critical role in meeting the increasing consumption demands in the region.
At the planning stage, Ivoire Beverage set a clear vision for establishing an efficient, stable, and scalable production line. The core equipment includes a 10,000L mashing system, a 20,000L fermentation system, a 40,000L fermentation system, and an automated bottling line. To ensure the successful implementation of the project, Ivoire Beverage conducted extensive evaluations of several international and Chinese equipment manufacturers. Key areas of selection included manufacturing capability, project experience, after-sales service, and the ability to deliver international projects.
After multiple rounds of technical discussions and solution evaluations, Ivoire Beverage ultimately selected Tian Tai Equipment as the overall solution provider for the project. In the early stages, the Tian Tai technical team worked closely with the client to gain a deep understanding of the local climate conditions, raw material supply, production process requirements, and future expansion plans. Based on this information, the solution underwent multiple rounds of optimization and adjustment before a comprehensive brewing process solution and equipment configuration were finalized.
Once the solution was confirmed, it was sent to the factory for production. During the manufacturing process, Tian Tai strictly adhered to quality management standards, closely monitoring key processes and critical components to ensure that the equipment met international food-grade standards. The company maintained regular communication with the client, providing timely updates on the project’s progress to ensure smooth implementation.
After manufacturing was completed, Tian Tai conducted a comprehensive factory test and pre-acceptance inspection of the entire system. Once the system passed all tests, the equipment was shipped to CĆ“te d’Ivoire as scheduled.
Tian Tai also dispatched an experienced after-sales engineering team to the project site to handle equipment installation, piping connections, electrical control commissioning, and staff training. These efforts ensured that the Ivoire Beverage team was able to operate the new production line efficiently.
Installation is expected to be completed soon, after which Ivoire Beverage will begin brewing its first batch of craft beer. This collaboration not only demonstrates Tian Tai Equipment’s ability to deliver large-scale international craft beer projects but also lays a solid foundation for future collaboration in the African market. Tian Tai Equipment remains committed to supporting the global craft beer industry with professional technical expertise, reliable products, and comprehensive services. As the craft beer market in Africa continues to expand, Tian Tai looks forward to furthering its business in the region and helping breweries worldwide achieve their production goals.
