After all technical details were fully confirmed and approved, the final plans were formally submitted to the factory for production.
Under strict quality control procedures, Tiantai commenced manufacturing the complete 1000-liter brewing system. The supplied equipment included a fully integrated brewhouse system, matching fermentation tanks, and a range of auxiliary systems designed to ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality beer production. Throughout the manufacturing process, each vessel and component underwent precision welding, fine polishing, pressure testing, and rigorous inspection to ensure compliance with international quality standards and project specifications.
To further demonstrate its commitment to comprehensive customer service, Tiantai arranged for experienced after-sales technical personnel to travel to the site before the equipment arrived in Australia. Through advance preparation, the team ensured a smooth installation process upon delivery. On-site support included installation guidance, system commissioning and testing, as well as operational training for the brewing staff. This proactive service approach minimized downtime and enabled the brewery team to quickly become proficient in operating the new equipment.
