For Cerveza Viralata, an emerging craft brewery in Valdivia, Chile, the decision was made after a thorough and careful evaluation. Throughout the consultation phase, Tiantai’s experienced sales team maintained continuous communication with Cerveza Viralata’s leaders. A comprehensive understanding of the specific brewing process and production requirements of Chilean craft breweries. From the brewery’s capacity to layout efficiency and energy consumption, every link was carefully considered.
After detailed discussions, Tiantai’s technical engineers began to develop customized design drawings based on Cerveza Viralata’s brewing goals. The designs were precisely adjusted to meet their expectations for quality and efficiency. Tiantai and Cerveza Viralata teams conducted multiple rounds of joint reviews and modifications, and the design plan was finalized and approved. The equipment was officially put into production. Tiantai manufactured a set of 10bbl beer equipment for Cerveza Viralatada, and the equipment was strictly tested and inspected in-house after completion. Cerveza Viralata conducted a final quality inspection via video conference. The Tiantai team provided an on-site demonstration, demonstrated the operating functions, and answered all technical questions in real time. Cerveza Viralata was confident in the results and approved the delivery of the system.
The beer equipment was carefully packaged and shipped to Valdivia, Chile to ensure smooth customs clearance and on-time delivery. Our after-sales technicians traveled to Chile before the system arrived. Our engineers worked side by side with Cerveza Viralata’s employees to supervise the entire installation and commissioning process, ensuring that each component was properly installed and tested.
