In their search for high-quality brewing equipment to support their vision of crafting exceptional beer, the brewery team conducted extensive online research. During this process, the brewery representatives discovered Tiantai Brewing Equipment Co., Ltd. Tiantai’s extensive product portfolio, combined with its strong reputation for providing reliable and advanced equipment, quickly caught the attention of the Brauhaus Zur Güld’nen Rose team.
After identifying Tiantai as a potential partner, Brauhaus Zur Güld’nen Rose reached out via Tiantai’s online contact form. The brewery’s representatives connected with Tiantai’s sales team and scheduled an initial consultation. During this phase, Tiantai’s sales team worked closely with Brauhaus Zur Güld’nen Rose’s representatives to gain a deep understanding of their specific brewing needs, objectives, and operational scale. Once the requirements were clearly defined, Tiantai’s engineering team proceeded with the technical design of the brewing system. Upon completion of the design phase, Tiantai submitted the final proposal to Brauhaus Zur Güld’nen Rose for approval. The brewery was highly impressed by the attention to detail and technical precision in the design. After a comprehensive review, the project received final confirmation, and a production order was placed with Tiantai’s factory.
Once the order was confirmed, Tiantai’s factory began manufacturing the brewing equipment. After the manufacturing and inspection processes were completed, a final review was conducted with Brauhaus Zur Güld’nen Rose’s management via video conference. Following meticulous packaging, the equipment was shipped to the Brauhaus Zur Güld’nen Rose brewery in Ladenburg. As the installation phase approached, Tiantai’s after-sales personnel arrived on-site in advance to assist with the setup. Thanks to the representative’s thorough preparation and deep knowledge of the equipment, the installation process proceeded smoothly, and the Brauhaus Zur Güld’nen Rose team expressed their utmost satisfaction with the professional service and high-quality equipment provided by Tiantai.
Brauhaus Zur Güld’nen Rose is now ready to begin brewing with this brand-new 3,000-liter system.
