Located in the heart of Italy’s thriving craft beer industry, Birrificio Artigianale Noiz Brewery has become an emerging brand in the craft brewing space by combining Italian tradition with innovative brewing technology. In order to expand production and improve operational efficiency. As the brewery prepared to expand its operations, it began to look for a reliable brewing equipment supplier that would not only provide high-performance systems but also comprehensive service support.
With so many equipment manufacturers on the global market, the challenge for Birrificio Artigianale Noiz Brewery was how to find a partner that could provide customized solutions, timely support, and a long-term service relationship. After a comprehensive evaluation of multiple brewing equipment suppliers from different regions, Birrificio Artigianale Noiz Brewery ultimately chose Tiantai Equipment as its strategic partner. Key factors that influenced their decision included Tiantai’s excellent track record in international installations, responsive communication capabilities, and the ability to provide customized system configurations based on the brewery’s specific needs.
From the beginning, the Tiantai team maintained close and continuous communication with Birrificio Artigianale Noiz. Through detailed consultations, technical discussions and equipment design reviews, both parties worked together to ensure that every aspect of the brewing solution met operational expectations and production goals.
Prior to shipment, Birrificio Artigianale Noiz sent a representative to Tiantai’s factory in China for a comprehensive on-site inspection. This face-to-face exchange helped to strengthen the trust between the two companies. The Noiz team rigorously checked the functionality, manufacturing quality and finish of the equipment, which met expectations.
In order to demonstrate its commitment to seamless delivery and installation, Tiantai’s technicians arrived at Noiz’s factory in Italy before the equipment arrived to ensure that all preparations were in place to complete the installation process smoothly and efficiently. After the equipment was delivered, Tiantai’s engineers worked side by side with the Birrificio Artigianale Noiz team to install and commission the equipment. This collaborative approach ensured a smooth installation of the equipment, minimized downtime, and accelerated production transition.
Birrificio Artigianale Noiz has been successfully put into operation. During this period, we received photos of feedback from the Noiz brewery, and we are very happy to see that everything is going well for them.
