Product Overview
The brewery CO₂ recovery system is specially designed to recycle carbon dioxide generated during beer fermentation. Through advanced and mature purification processes, it converts raw CO₂ into high-purity reusable gas, realizing resource recycling, production cost reduction and environmental emission reduction with comprehensive benefits.
The system adopts an integrated process of water washing + pressure and temperature swing adsorption + low-pressure low-temperature rectification purification. It features mature technology, stable and reliable operation, outstanding safety performance and high automation level. Equipped with upper computer control station and centralized PLC control system, it supports remote control and automatic start-stop, requiring minimal manual intervention throughout the whole process.
Designed with medium and low temperature as well as medium pressure operating conditions, the system offers strong adaptability to process raw materials and relatively low energy consumption. It efficiently recycles CO₂ resources while effectively controlling operating costs, serving as ideal professional equipment for breweries to achieve green low-carbon production and energy saving.
