Upon confirming the partnership, TianTai’s technical team immediately connected with the client to understand their process requirements.
Our engineers customized project drawings based on the brewery’s brewing philosophy, production plan, and plant layout. After multiple rounds of communication and confirmation, the drawings were successfully delivered to the production workshop.
Our equipment is manufactured and inspected in strict accordance with standards. After the equipment was completed, we conducted a complete set of commissioning and quality tests to ensure that every detail met the Russian client’s usage habits and process requirements. After the equipment inspection was completed, the entire system was packaged and shipped to Russia. To ensure a smoother project implementation, our after-sales team arrived at the client’s site in advance to prepare for installation.
During the installation process, TianTai engineers not only guided the client team in equipment placement, piping, and testing, but also participated in the installation work alongside them. They also provided on-site training on system operation, ensuring that brewery staff could quickly become familiar with the equipment and master its operation, laying a solid foundation for production.
