Why fermenter’s shape is dished head, cylindrical body and conical bottom?
As we can see, beer fermentation tank is dished head, cylindrical body and conical bottom,the cone's aperture is typically around 60 °,There are five advantage:
1.This angle that will allow the yeast to flow towards the cone's apex, but is not so steep as to take up too much vertical space.
