What are the steps of brewery tanks manufacture? 1.Drawing of Brewery Tanks Making drawings by technician according to customer’s request and then begin to arrange brewery tanks production . Assisting every customer in planning project and designing equipment.
2.Calculate materials The production department will calculate how much materials would be used according to the drawings.
3.Raw Material of Beer Tanks All the stainless steel we use in our brewery tanks are truly sanitary SUS 304 food grade,316, 316L is also available. All the raw materials are purchased from TISCO, the largest steel plant in China, with quality certificate.
Three plate classification:
1.Sanitary 2B finish is mainly used for interior finish.
2.Oil brushed finish is mainly used for exterior finish
3.Mirror finish are optional

5.100% TIG Welding Argon arc welding is the use of argon as a protective gas welding technology. Also known as argon gas shielded welding. That is, around the arc welding through the argon gas protection, the air outside the welding area, to prevent the oxidation of the welding area.
Our argon central system for welding provides 100% pure argon to protect brewery tanks from distorting during welding.
6.Mirror Polishing Inside Polishing: Overall polishing to 0.2-0.4um without dead corner.
Outside Polishing: Mirror polishing, smooth enough and passivating treatment.
Purpose: The tank itself has high precision and small details of the tanks have to be observed by a telescope.
Function: To make tanks become tidy and smooth, beautiful and durable.
Polishing is vital for tanks. Tanks should be polished wholly inside and outside.
Therefore it can ensure there is no place for the bacteria to hide in tanks.
Our polishing system consists of auto and semi-auto polishing machine and manual polishing.
Each beer tank is polished three times and more polish for the key place.
7.Acid Pickling&Passivation to 0.3-0.4μm Function: Remove oxide color. Form protective film, Sterilization, Anti-corrosion.
8.Jacket Testing for Beer Tanks Stringent tank leakage test by water and pressured gas. Jacket testing with 3-3.5 bar pressured gas
9.Final testing for Whole Tank All the finished product will be inspected by quality control department , to find out whether there have something defect.
10.Inspection and Debugging Before Delivery When the whole brewery system is finished, our company quality control department will inspect the equipment to ensures its quality before delivery. After that, the customers or the third party can come here to inspect the equipment again if available.
